I’ve been receiving eyecare here since I was in 8th grade (I’m now 24) and had a doctor who practiced here previously who was great! I recently had my first exam with Dr. Mitchell and I left very happy after the whole appointment. All of the staff were very kind and efficient. Everyone seemed to be on schedule which was wonderful.

Dr. Mitchell and all of the staff at Eye Care associates are courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to visit with. I would highly recommend Dr Mitchell for any eye care issue.

I am handicapped yet the personnel ( from the front office staff and the vision staff ) accomodated me in every step of my visit. My glasses, which are trifocals, we're ready for pick up in a week. They fit perfectly and I see much better now when doing close work. Friendly and professional - I would recommend Eye care Associates of Medford.

This place is amazing. They were able to see my employee on short notice that was having an eye issue. I was so impressed with their staff, their professionalism, and their service. I will be coming back to this office when I next need to see an eye doctor.

Dr. Brian Mitchell genuinely seemed to prioritize getting me the best prescription, which made a big difference given my past experiences at other eye exams. What really stood out was the clinic's proactive approach – they even printed out and gave me my prescription without me having to ask. The whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making the appointment a breeze. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this clinic to others.

I’ve been coming to this eye doctor office, since I was a little girl. Back when you got a free ice cream coupon if you behaved. I fully recommend. As an adult, it’s just as easy. No ice cream anymore but still easy.

From check in to check out, everyone was kind, helpful, and patient. The tech that assisted me with the initial exam was so nice and she made the experience so much easier than I’ve experienced at other eye doctors. Brian Mitchell is a very straight to the point provider and I always appreciate that. He was very helpful in reassuring my that my glasses I got from a previous eyecare center were the problem with my vision and not my eyes themselves. That eased a lot of concern. I regret ever going anywhere else but I'm glad I chose eyecare associates this time. Very happy with my experience and I will be making sure my family and friends come here for their eye exams and glasses. 10/10, would recommend!

I was very happy with Dr. Mitchell and his staff. Theym km km were very professional and thorough. The staff in the frames department were especially helpful to me in finding just the right pair.
