I really appreciate this eye care. I moved from Idaho and they have fixed several pair of my *older glasses :) Plus, they have free eye glass cases ! They help me understand my new insurance and what costs are 👍🏻👍🏻

I absolutely love my new glasses! And I wouldn't have them if it wasn't for Eye Care Associates of Southern Oregon. Not only are they friendly and professional but they are extremely generous! They were considerate enough to have a small assortment of frames and cases set aside for their patients (that don't have the money to buy them) "free of charge" when they pay for their lenses. And that to me was an amazing gesture that I've never seen any eye doctor do before. So not only was my appointment easy, quick and enjoyable but the pickup of my glasses was SO EXCITING and I'm so happy with my glasses and my case and I can't thank these eye doctors and associates enough, thank you, thank you & again thank you!!! you guys are truly amazing! I would recommend this eye doctor to anybody and everybody of all ages with any insurance! You won't regret going to this eye doctor!

I haven't scheduled an appointment yet, but I spoke with Terri on the phone today and she was professional, friendly, and so helpful. Just excellent customer service! I recently moved to Medford and based on Terri's customer service, I have found my new optometrist.

I went there and I it was a really nice office building everybody inside was completely professional and sweet as ever they made me feel great. The service was amazing they went above and beyond what I could ever expect or what they needed to and I had the best experience I could ever hope for so I've recommended this place already to everybody around me including everybody who work around me this is and was the best experience I had with any eye place. They definitely exceed what's expected and really care so I want to say thank you to everybody who works there you guys were amazing and I really really appreciate everything you've done and the kindness you've shown!!! 🦷🦷

We love these eyecare people and doctor they are always so nice and kind things are done right and if lab or any kind of mistake or miscommunication happens its fixed and done right. They are quick and efficient. Front office and assistants are so nice.

I know the company got bought out by VSP but we still have a great doctor there and we still have great people in the eyeglass Center, especially Terry who has been there for a long time and will always treat you like family. She makes things happen. She cares and I can't say enough good about her and the staff to the friendly greeting you get when you walk in the door to the care and detail on picking out the right pair of glasses for you. Like I said, I am especially fond of Terry and thinks she is one of the greatest most caring people that takes her job very seriously and cherishes good connections with customers that she treats like family. Nice to see. We still have people in the world that care about what they do. Wouldn't trade this office for the world. Chad McClure

The office and staff were professional, thorough, friendly, and genuinely interested in my visit. I left feeling seen and cared for. The fact that I have to have cataract surgery was delivered in a kind and professional way. I'll be back.
