Sara is a real gem, she is very proficient with her job as a tech for the virtual or tele-system (outsourcing with optometrist) ..Brilliant by the way. Also I would like to note that Larry did a remarkable job with customer service and was very professional and on point as well. I will recommend eye care associates of southern Oregon to all.my family and friends. I was a new patient to this office. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was great at explaining things to me and making recommendations and there was a very nice selection of glasses with no high pressure sales. I left knowing exactly what my costs would be and a prescription that would allow me to purchase my glasses anywhere. Bonus- they might be able to repair my vintage Gucci sunglasses!! I will definitely bring them in and be hopeful! Great office!

I have never had a better experience in getting my glasses done correctly. this is the first time here, Dr Burton was not social at all, no conversation, just all business. My glasses were done to perfection and were done quickly.

I really appreciate this eye care. I moved from Idaho and they have fixed several pair of my *older glasses :) Plus, they have free eye glass cases ! They help me understand my new insurance and what costs are 👍🏻👍🏻

I absolutely love my new glasses! And I wouldn't have them if it wasn't for Eye Care Associates of Southern Oregon. Not only are they friendly and professional but they are extremely generous! They were considerate enough to have a small assortment of frames and cases set aside for their patients (that don't have the money to buy them) "free of charge" when they pay for their lenses. And that to me was an amazing gesture that I've never seen any eye doctor do before. So not only was my appointment easy, quick and enjoyable but the pickup of my glasses was SO EXCITING and I'm so happy with my glasses and my case and I can't thank these eye doctors and associates enough, thank you, thank you & again thank you!!! you guys are truly amazing! I would recommend this eye doctor to anybody and everybody of all ages with any insurance! You won't regret going to this eye doctor!
